EDAX Orbis PC Micro-XRF
X-ray Fluorescence detection gives researchers the ability to perform non-destruction analysis of their samples to measure the presence and relative abundance of elements in the samples. The EDAX Orbis PC Micro-XRF can map the distribution of elements across a cross-section of the sample and has applications for geology, archeology, and paleontology.
