Thermo Dionex Integrion HPIC

Ion chromatography is a specialized form of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). For the Dionex Integrion HPIC (Thermo Scientific), instead of particle size or chemical affinity, the ionic charge associated with the molecule being analyzed is the primary factor in the separation. On our current build of the Integrion, the Center has only anion detection capability available.
An onboard eluent generator removes longstanding prep challenges by continuously providing a reliable delivery of high-purity eluent during long separation analyses.
Separations time of 15-20 minutes per sample are standard, but full automation allows researchers to utilize the system 24 hours a day.
CEST staff members are available to consult on what separation columns are most often successfully used with specific separations types.
