Thermo Ultimate 3000 HPLC
The Center’s newest high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) asset, the Thermo Ultimate 3000, has a variety of detector options and is capable for both HPLC and ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) performance ranges. Practically any column technology is adaptable to this system, and with Fluorescence, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, and Refractive Index detectors available. This makes most reverse phase HPLC techniques able to be performed.
Note: Individual labs should be responsible for their own columns, guard columns, and mobile phase. CEST does not maintain an inventory of columns for analysis, just for system validation and troubleshooting.
