GC-IRMS

The Thermo Delta V Plus isotope ratio mass spectrometer (IRMS) interfaced with a Thermo
Trace 1310 GC/GC-Isolink is used for compound-specific hydrogen (H/D), carbon (¹³C/¹²C) and
nitrogen (¹⁵N/¹⁴N) isotope measurements of fatty acids (FAMEs), n-alkanes, amino acids and
other organic compound classes.
