The Thermo Delta V Plus isotope ratio mass spectrometers (IRMS) interfaced with a Thermo Trace 1310 GC/GC-Isolink is used for compound-specific hydrogen (H/D), carbon (13C/12C) and nitrogen (15N/14N) isotope measurements of fatty acids (FAMEs), n-alkanes, amino acids, and other organic compound classes.
