BioTek H1 Microplate Reader
BioTek H1 is a configurable multi-mode microplate reader. The asset allows for both top and bottom viewed fluorescence intensity, ultraviolet-visible absorbance, and luminescence detection assays on standard-sized microplates. Variable plate arrangements are definable in the design of each method, though typical 96 well plates are most often used.
Several variable step-wise operations can be inserted by users to create the appropriate reading method for their samples including temperature stabilization, inserting mixing or agitation steps, and performing multiple sampling assays to a single or multiple plates.
